SHIPPING INFORMATION

Thank you for ordering with God’s Herbs!  Here is some basic information regarding our shipping process.

ORDERS BY PHONE / EMAIL:

  • If you call directly, the weight of package and the zone of location will calculate your shipping.
  • All orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless a specific preference is requested.
  • We ship the same day we receive orders, if they are placed before 2:30pm (EST).
  • UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so if you choose to have an order shipped to one, we do not guarantee that it will ship the same day it is placed.  Thank you for understanding.
  • Orders may be placed by phone Monday thru Friday, between 9:00am – 5:00pm (EST). They may also be left on our answering machine 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Please be sure to include your daytime phone numbers. Call us at: (941)-766-8068.
  • Orders can be faxed 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to: (941) 766-8067.
  • Orders may be emailed directly to: info@godsherbs.com.

ONLINE ORDERS:

  • All items online are calculated individually for shipping/handling.
  • Online orders will automatically ship UPS Ground (unless a P.O. Box is used).
  • If more than one bottle is ordered online, the difference between Ground Shipping and an Express Service Option may be used pending UPS shipping costs.
  • If only one bottle is ordered online and an Express Service is needed, please call us directly for an exact quote.
  • Online orders are for US customers only. International orders, please call or email us directly.
  • Please call or email if you are placing an order from Alaska or Hawaii. (Shipping charges are slighter higher.)

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED:

Please double-check your order UPON ARRIVIAL. No claims will be respected unless made immediately upon receipt of goods. If your order has been damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please keep it in the original packaging and notify us immediately.

RETURN POLICY:

The quality of our herbal formulas is 100% guaranteed. Notify us within 30-days of receipt of goods if you are not pleased. We gladly accept returns due to our error; as long as they have not been opened (seal must be intact). Items to be returned must have prior authorization. Returns not due to our error require a 20% restocking charge. God’s Garden Superfood Blends, Heal-All Tea, and all capsules cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
